The Barnacle Squad (Alex Munn Games)
I'm part-time solo developing an indie turn-based tactics game called The Barnacle Squad. Please check out the Steam store page and wishlist! store.steampowered.com/ .../The_Barnacle_Squad/ This has been quite the learning experience as I'm doing all the C# gameplay coding, creating all the characters and animations, VFX, mixed sound fx, etc. - you name it, I've worked on it. I haven't done much 'concept art' for Barnacle Squad, mostly just dozens and dozens of little quick thumbnail doodles. These usually get me close enough, then I just start building it in maya. Here are a bunch I brought into PS to add a little grayscale value:
